The Art or He-Art of Leadership
She was not just drawn to teaching. Leadership or the art of empowerment through learning became a passion early in her career. It is supporting families, mentoring students and working with teachers to be their best that has moved her most. She has spent the past 20 doing just this. Living that dream of working with teachers to be inspired and teach with heart.
Her marriage and family have brought Lynn the greatest joy. Because of this she encourages her families and staff to have a balance between work and home. She counsels her staff not to miss special moments. As a mother and wife, she is able to express her true self. She believes loving her own children and her students is the greatest purpose in life.
